Bank of Canada 2021 Interest Rate Announcement Schedule

The Bank of Canada announced their schedule of interest rate announcements for 2021. The rate decisions they make on these dates can have a direct effect on the prime rate used for variable rate mortgages.

The announcements will be made at 10:00am on the following dates:

Wednesday, January 20
- Monetary Report Published
Wednesday, March 10
Wednesday, April 21
- Monetary Report Published
Wednesday, June 9
Wednesday, July 14
- Monetary Report Published
Wednesday, September 8
Wednesday, October 27
- Monetary Report Published
Wednesday, December 8
